Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. Any signs of damage must be noted on carrier paperwork

It is the customers responsibility to check items on receipt.No claims for damages will be considered after installation.

Any damage,shortage or discrepancy must be notified to ourselves immediately.

Any returns must be authorised by TapChoice prior to return.

Items deemed not suitable or not required must be returned within 14 days of receipt at your expense and suitably packed to prevent damage in transit. We strongly advise that you obtain a certificate of posting etc and request a proof of delivery.

All goods returned must be in original condition and packaging and fit for resale. Any items which have been opened must be resealed with clear tape only. Any items returned which we receive damaged ,unless notified at time of delivery will not be eligible for a refund

TapChoice reserve the right to impose a handling / restocking charge on all items not required,cancelled orders and correctly supplied returned goods

Refunds will only be given for the purchase price of the items excluding the carriage charge in the case of items not suitable or not required.
